We don't just make wines, we bottle what nature has created most beautiful and want to share it with everyone. There is a reason why it has been said for centuries that wine is the drink of the gods. We claim more, we believe that a particle of the Cosmos is contained in it, so we encourage you to buy our wines to see for yourself.
Of course, for the above theses to hold true, wine must have a soul, and we do our best to preserve this soul in wine. We do not add sulfates and other additives to the wine at the vinification stage. We also skip the wine filtering stage, and we believe that it can do a lot of harm to the wine. Natural sediments found in wine do not harm, and can even have health-promoting effects. E.g., tartar crystals have a pro-health effect on the urinary system, among other things, because it regulates the pH of urine, as well as circulation because it regulates blood pressure by replenishing potassium deficiencies.
To be closer to the cosmos, to draw as much energy as possible, some of our wines are fermented and matured underground in qvevri, the original handmade Georgian clay vessels. The shape of the vessel and the natural material of fired clay ensure that we extract its natural beauty from the wines.
Most of our white wines ferment with skins. This affects the aromatic profile and structure, as well as the final color of the wine. The most common colloquial term for this type of wine is orange wines, and synonymous with the words amber or white macerated. As if you didn't want to call these wines, you should definitely taste them.
