Our Philosophy

Covering

In search of our own wine path, we traveled the world and visited many winemakers. It turns out that every winery has its own philosophy. For some it's mainly about the profitability of the venture, for others making wine is a passion in itself, still others cultivate family traditions. 

Don't disturb nature

In our case, wine turned out to be a discovery that motivated us to change our lifestyle. By giving up delegated corporate work and starting farming, we were able to get closer to nature. Delving into the secrets of cultivation, we realized that instead of trying to tame nature which is disastrous, it is better to follow it, let it function in accordance with the energy of the cosmos. We have reduced interference in the natural course of the vineyard's life as much as possible, letting nature do its best, to sum up we simply do not interfere with nature. We do not use harmful herbicides or systemic pesticides. 

Authentically

Another observation we have is that 99% of the wines available on the market are similar to each other, there has been a standardization of everything, just as in other spheres of civilization. And yet the world and nature is colorful, let the wines be so too. Let's not take away nature's colors, let's keep it authentic, including our wines.  

Without additives

At the winery, our wines are fermented thanks to natural ("wild") yeasts and without additives, no sulfurization, no artificial flavors, enzymes, etc. 100% wine in wine.

Beauty of Nature

Our philosophy is to discover nature and share it with others by packaging it in glass bottles with help from the Cosmos and offering people the finished wines from our vineyard. 

We want to delight people with the result of our search and discovery of the authentic beauty of nature.
